Slow Flow Mandala Yoga Class – LIVE 3/10/21 – 7:30pm ET

The March theme at Mindful Movement with Mary is: A New Way to Move. We are exploring moving in different ways and different planes, and acknowledging the different circumstances of our lives this year.

A Mandala yoga flow is a practice that is constantly changing directions as you work in a circle around your mat. It encourages us to look at things from a new perspective, and it can help shift or transform your energy.

This class will be a slow flow practice, a combination of hatha and vinyasa flow. Slightly more active than our usual evening classes. But we will end with a long shavasana to help prepare you for your night’s rest.

You will need: 2 blocks. AND something red, something blue, something green, and something yellow. These items could be markers, or post-it notes, lego blocks or even socks!

This class is FREE for Mindful Movement with Mary Members at the Warrior 2 and Warrior 3 level. These members will automatically be emailed the link to attend class on Zoom the day before the event.

Warrior 1 members and the general public can “drop-in” to this class for $15.00 each month. Use the button below to pay with PayPal or a credit card. After payment is received, you will be sent the Zoom link to attend. Registration ends 1 hour prior to class time.

I will start the Zoom classroom 5 minutes before the official start time, and will be available for 10 minutes after class to catch up with students or answer any questions. If you are unable to attend the live class, the recording will be available to registered attendees, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3 members for 5 days after the event.
