LIVE Virtual Class: 1/13/21 – 7:30pm ET

January’s theme at Mindful Movement with Mary is “Stay Healthy.” In keeping with that focus our special LIVE virtual class this month is: “Yoga for a Healthy Immune System.” In this class we will look at all the ways that yoga can support the healthy functioning of our immune system. There will be some fluid repetitive movements to circulate our lymphatic system, some gentle yoga, and then a few restorative poses. You will need two blocks, two blankets and an open piece of wall space OR a chair for this class.

This class is FREE for Mindful Movement with Mary Members at the Warrior 2 and Warrior 3 level. These members will automatically be emailed the link to attend class on Zoom the day before the event.

Warrior 1 members and the general public can “drop-in” to this class for $15.00 each month. Use the button below to pay with PayPal or a credit card. After payment is received, you will be sent the Zoom link to attend. Registration ends 1 hour prior to class time.

I will start the Zoom classroom 5 minutes before the official start time, and will be available for 10 minutes after class to catch up with students or answer any questions.

If you are unable to attend the live class, the recording will be available to registered attendees, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3 members for 5 days after the event. You will receive an email with the link to the recording the day after class.
