Self-Massage for the Whole Body – LIVE Class 2/10 – 7:30pm ET

I don’t know about you, but I miss my massage therapist! It has been 11 months since I had a massage, and I am really feeling it. So, in our LIVE virtual class this month, we are going to  give ourselves a full-body massage. We are going to use gentle pressure with softer therapy balls to refresh our muscles and fascia from head to toe, leaving us relaxed and rejuvenated.

You will need:

1 Large soft massage ball, like the Corgeous Ball  (you could use a foam roller in a pinch, but it won’t be quite the same)

2 Regular massage balls, like these

1 Blanket

2 Blocks

This class is FREE for Mindful Movement with Mary Members at the Warrior 2 and Warrior 3 level. These members will automatically be emailed the link to attend class on Zoom the day before the event.

Warrior 1 members and the general public can “drop-in” to this class for $15.00 each month. Use the button below to pay with PayPal or a credit card. After payment is received, you will be sent the Zoom link to attend. Registration ends 1 hour prior to class time.

I will start the Zoom classroom 5 minutes before the official start time, and will be available for 10 minutes after class to catch up with students or answer any questions. If you are unable to attend the live class, the recording will be available to registered attendees, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3 members for 5 days after the event.
