Meet your Instructor:
Hi, I’m Mary! I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, and the founder of Mindful Movement with Mary, an online wellness studio.
I specialize in helping people increase mobility, balance and relaxation, especially those of us with bodies that don’t always cooperate with us, whether from chronic illness, injury, or age.
I do this by teaching a thoughtful combination of gentle yoga, self-massage, and guided meditation.
