This summer membership to the Virtual Wellness Studio gives you 90 days of access to my Virtual Studio, plus 3 special “Retreat Weeks” to help create your own nourishing getaway from the comfort of your home.
What’s Included:
- Immediate access to 150+ yoga, self-massage, & meditation classes
- Automatic enrollment in 3 “Retreat Weeks” this summer (see more info below)
- On-demand content that you can practice whenever and wherever you need to
- Classes ranging from 5 to 45 minutes
You receive 90 days of access to all of the above for one non-recurring payment of $80. Access begins immediately upon registration.
Retreat Week Details:
I wanted to do something new and special in the Virtual Studio this summer, so I have created 3 “Retreat Weeks” to help you prioritize your wellbeing and give you a multi-sensory retreat experience.
During each “Retreat Week,” you will receive a daily email with a yoga class, healthy recipe, and musical playlist. Don’t worry if you miss a day (or a week!); all classes will be on-demand and you can do them anytime as long as your membership is active in the Virtual Studio.
The “Retreat Weeks” will run during the first full week of each month this summer:
Week 1: Radiant Movement – June 4th-10th
Week 2: Radiant Rest – July 2nd-8th
Week 3: Radiant Healing – August 6th-12th
- All classes will be in a playlist inside the Virtual Studio, and you will receive a calendar for the week on the first day of each “Retreat Week.”
- The recipes will be focused on healthy, balanced meals with an emphasis on seasonal produce. They are all my summer favorites, the things I make on a regular basis. I can’t wait to share them with you!
- The music will be songs that I usually play in live yoga classes. You can listen to them anytime you want a relaxing, meditative soundscape to your life.
